BBQ SHOGUN
UMAMI Series is produced by BBQSHOGUN (Chief Cooker
Tamio Shimojo, Chairman of the Japan Barbecue Society), an international barbecue competition team that has entered barbecue competitions throughout the United States. This is a completely new barbecue sauce.
Ingredients: Sugar (manufactured in Japan), tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, soy sauce malt, date paste, kelp extract, shiitake mushroom powder, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, fennel, cloves, sage, thyme, pepper, cardamom, cumin/smoked liquid, seasoning (amino acids), acidifier (citric acid) (contains wheat, soybeans, apples)
