Sayaka no Mukashi Matchais a well-balanced Japanese green tea powder with a full aroma, mellow umami, and a gentle richness. Its smooth sweetness and lingering finish make it enjoyable as bothusucha(thin tea) andkoicha(thick tea), and it is especially recommended for first-time Ippodo matcha drinkers.
This renewed package contains20 gof matcha made from domestically sourced Japanese green tea. Approximate servings:10 cups of usuchaat about 2 g per serving, or5 cups of koichaat about 4 g per serving. Size:5.2 × 5.0 × 6.5 cm.
How to prepare: Place about2 g for usuchaor4 g for koichainto a bowl, add hot water at around70°C, and whisk until smooth and lightly frothy. Ingredients:Japanese green tea.
