This 550W step-up/step-down voltage transformer lets you use Japanese AC100V appliances in countries with AC220–240V power, and use AC220–240V appliances in Japan (AC100V). Built-in automatic-reset thermal protection and a fuse help provide safe, stable conversion for everyday home electronics.
Not suitable for cryptocurrency mining computers, medical devices, or equipment intended for continuous operation. For continuous use over 1 hour, keep the load within 80% of the rated capacity. Heating appliances, motor-driven tools, and devices with high start-up current may require a transformer rated 2–3x higher than the appliance’s stated wattage.
