This Nambu ironware teapot was created to commemorate the Reiwa era, inspired by the plum blossom poems in the Manyoshu anthology. It blends two classic views in one piece: a traditional arare (raindrop) texture and a plum-petal motif that evokes flowers in bloom.
Finished in an elegant, modern gold-and-white color scheme inspired by white plum blossoms, the interior is enamel-coated to help prevent rust. The cast-iron body offers excellent heat retention for enjoying tea at a steady temperature.
