Usage
If you encounter issues with disc writing, first check for any smudges such as fingerprints or dust on the disc. Also, ensure that the firmware of your writing device (PC or recorder) is up to date. If, after these checks, you find a quality defect caused by our manufacturing process, we will replace the disc with a new one of the same number only within one year after purchase. Please note that we do not restore or compensate for recorded contents.
