Marukome brings you their authentic Shinshu miso in a 1kg pack for business use. This medium dry type miso has a refreshing fermentation aroma and is a typical Shinshu red type product. It is strained for easy dissolution and has a 12.2% salt content. This refreshing and unctuous miso does not contain dashi (soup stock) and can be stored in a small refrigerator. It is recommended to store it in a cool, dark place to prevent it from turning reddish in color due to temperature changes. Marukome also offers 10kg and 20kg types in cardboard boxes of different sizes.
