Marukome Miso of Shinshu brings you a 1kg type of miso for business use. Made with non-genetically modified soybeans, rice, salt, and sake spirit, this strained miso has a refreshing fermented aroma and a light, unctuous flavor. It is a typical light-colored type and has a medium dryness with 12.2% salt content. This miso does not contain dashi and can be stored in a small refrigerator. However, it is recommended to store it in a cool, dark place as much as possible to prevent it from turning reddish in color due to temperature changes. In addition to the 1kg type, Marukome Miso also offers 10kg and 20kg types in cardboard boxes of different sizes.
