Engineered with 67-layer Damascus clad steel (33 layers per side plus 1 core), this blade features a C1.0CMV core that includes cobalt, molybdenum, and vanadium for exceptional toughness, corrosion resistance, and edge retention. Heat-treated to HRC 60 +/- 2, it delivers razor-sharp performance and long-lasting durability.
Approx. size: 29.5 x 4.5 x 2.5 cm; blade thickness: 2.5 mm. Edge angle set to 15–18 degrees with a double-bevel profile (bread knife variant is single bevel). Cladding and fittings are 18-0 stainless steel (bolster and end cap), paired with a laminated reinforced wood handle. Origin: China.
